    Folktales are the oral textbooks of the past, the present generation also keep them alive by retelling them which is the duty of everyone to retell the story to the future generations too. If not, such precious treasures of the ancestors will be lost sooner or later – Gonmei Meithuanlungpou, vice principal.

    TEACHERS TRAINING WORKSHOP

    Mount Everest College in collaboration with Wisdom Valley Education, New Delhi organised Teacher’s Training Workshop on 4th February, 2023 at College Auditorium under the theme “Empowering Teachers with Innovative Teaching Techniques”. It was attended by Dr. Aman Shahni, Trainer, Wisdom Valley Education, New Delhi as a Resource Person, Dr. V. Alexander Pao, President of the College and all the Teaching staff of Mount Everest College.

    Dr. Aman Shahni spoke on “Classroom Management” and Communication Skills on its First and Second Technical Session. She brought into light the various challenges faced by the teachers and students in the classroom. Further, she also equipped the teachers with methods and ways to deal with the challenges in the classroom and also with various kinds of students. The teachers are further introduced to all the latest modern teaching techniques and teaching aid in order to be effective and efficient in their classroom.

    The workshop ended with question and answer hour exchanged between the teachers and the resource person, Vote of thanks pronounce by Ms. Vashti Kho, Asst. Prof., Department of Anthropology and concluded by closing prayer from L D Shekho, Asst. Prof. Department of Ecomomics

    Manipur University 5th and 3rd Semester Final Assessment Begin

    BA/BSc/BCom 5th and 3rd semester Examination 2022( November)at Mount Everest College as Senapati Private Center.

    The final Assessment Examination for Theory papers  of 5th Semester begin today (i.e 9th January, 2023) and will be continue till 23rd January, 2023. For 3rd Semester  Final Assessment Theory Paper will also starting from today, i.e. 9th January and will continue till 27th January, 2023. However the final assessment for 1st Semester is scheduled to be starting from 24th January onward.
